Are all Pokémon cards sold at Jay Poke Hub authentic?
Yes! We guarantee that all our Pokémon cards and collectibles are 100% authentic and factory-sealed. We source our products from trusted distributors to ensure quality and legitimacy.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
We accept returns for sealed products and Funko Pops that are unopened and in their original condition. However, we do not accept returns on single Pokémon cards or opened products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at jayspokehub@gmail.com with photos.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on location:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

Do you sell rare or graded Pokémon cards?
