Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through jays poke hub llc at jayspokehub.com. We're committed to getting your Pokémon cards to you safely and quickly! If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to reach out to us at jayspokehub@gmail.com.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit time. We work hard to get your cards out the door as quickly as possible!
Shipping Options
Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. Options may include:
- Standard Shipping (estimated 3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (estimated 2–3 business days)
- Priority Shipping (estimated 1–2 business days)
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders during promotional periods. Any applicable free-shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on jayspokehub.com.
For security, orders exceeding $250 may require a signature upon delivery. We may use signature confirmation to help protect both you and us from loss or theft.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
- An estimated delivery date (as provided by the carrier)
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at jayspokehub@gmail.com.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Address changes are not possible after an order is placed. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. jays poke hub llc is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, side doors)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Contact us at jayspokehub@gmail.com if you still cannot locate your package
Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, jays poke hub llc cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier if your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately of the damaged packaging and any damaged items
- Do not discard the packaging
- Contact us at jayspokehub@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, actual delivery dates are determined by the shipping carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes (holidays, sales events)
- Incorrect address information
jays poke hub llc is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you track down your order.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or are missing items from your order, please contact us at jayspokehub@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of what you received
- Description of the issue
We will resolve the issue promptly.
Customs and International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Returns

All sales are final once an order has shipped. Unless required by law or otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after shipment.
